To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without approval from the photographed subject and/or their guardian.
By participating in a HILLS HOCKEY DEVELOPMENT event or by failing to notify HILLS HOCKEY DEVELOPMENT, here or in writing, of your desire to not have your photograph used by HILLS HOCKEY DEVELOPMENT, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify HILLS HOCKEY DEVELOPMENT from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
